Charges and Fees:
For standard investigations our firm requires a retainer before the
beginning of any contracted services. A basic contract for service will
be completed after the free consultation, if both parties are in
agreement to the terms of the contract.
Charges are based on an "per hour" rate but will be rounded to the
closest 1/2 hour.
Once a case begins, our client agrees to pay all expenses and applicable
taxes. Once a contract is agreed upon and an investigation begins
there are No Refunds. Investigations that have not began may be
subject to a refund. The client will receive a detailed invoice of all
actions in their case to include actual "man hours used" if used in
billing units. Any expenses incurred will be charged as the actual price
of the expense.
Long term Corporate rates may be available once a financial
relationship has been made.
We accept cash, check or credit card for payment and/or retainer.
Credit cards are accepted by telephone or fax only.
